ORDER INFORMATION
Delivery
We aim to send out your order within 3 working days, so Norwegian customers can expect delivery within 5 working days - if you live outside Norway, this may take a little longer.
Delivery may also take longer if we are waiting for stock from our suppliers, so if you would like to check how quickly we could send items to you, please call us on (+47) 70 11 66 85.
We will send your order by 1st class Mail (Norwegian 'Posten') and it will generally be delivered with your normal post. Postage and packaging is free of charge to customers within Norway.
If you live outside Norway, please be aware that your order may be subject to your country's import duty and tax.
You can order the Biomaris products worldwide from this webshop, but if you want the products delivered to an address outside Norway and Sweden, we will ask the distributor for your country to deliver the products to you.
The Bjørge Ocean Guarantee
We hope that you will be pleased with your order, but if for some reason you would like to return an item, this is no problem as long as the product is unopened. Should the goods be damaged in any way when it reaches you, or you have received the wrong product, we will pay the costs of a return and new shipment. Should you decide to return an item because you changed your mind, you will pay the freight costs of returning the unopened items.

VAT
For goods sent to addresses within Norway, VAT is included in all prices quoted.
Although goods sent to addresses outside Norway are not subject to VAT, Bjørge Ocean customers pay the same prices across the world as this helps us to cover some of the additional costs of providing a service with free shipping to international customers.
